Extra layer of security to protect against nasty bugs. We use industry leading products that help protect you even if you accidentally click on a bad link. Our tools will block it before the site loads potentially creating a problem.

How do I get support?

It’s east just subscribe to any plan and you will receive an email with detailed instructions. First step will be to install our agent on your PC’s. Then you can submit a request directly from the IT Panel button on your taskbar. A technician will reply back or give you a call to complete the service. 

What devices do you cover?

Pretty much any internet connected PC, Mac, or Linux machine. We also can help you with your Android & iOS issues. 

What happens if you can't fix my issue remotely?

We work with a nationwide partner who can dispatch a technican to your location within 24 hour when necessary. Don’t worry these technicians will be supported by our all tier 3 techs back at HQ.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely, there are no contracts for any of our services. Unless you want one haha. We just ask that you give us 30 days notice either via email or by selecting cancel in your portal.
